Once again, it's not illegal if we change the laws to make legal, "I'm the decider..."

1. What crap. What blatant criminal crap!

All of these bozo's, from Gonzales to the military lawyers who "support" these ideas are surely guilty of aiding and abetting the same crimes that our SCOTUS has already declared have been already committed. Deputy Defense Secretary England worries that internationally people "define these things differently" !! Damn right. The world defines violations of the Geneva Conventions as war crimes. The very idea that we would even consider simply changing the rules to protect our own war criminals is outrageous.

What the hell makes bushco and cartel imagine that the rest of the world has to abide by their alterations of the actual law??! These criminals better hope that before our country collapses they can find a place to live where they won't be expedited.

Extradited, yes, I understand what you mean.
Unfortunately, I don't believe any high ranking official (Pres, VP, Sec, ...) will every see the inside of a courtroom.
The US public would never allow it, and they will paint those in favor of, as traitors.

I always wonder, if the US can consider citizens from other countries as terrorist, can another country consider US citizens
as terrorists?
In reality, didn't US citizens fund the IRA? A known terrorist organization.
Also, what if some of the central american countries decided to claim that Ollie North or Negroponte were terrorist because of the actions they took during the 80's? Would the us public allow them to be extradited? I doubt it.
