The Republicans have placed the blame
Tonight one of my puke friends informed me that the ruination of the currency,
the record deficits and a real inflation rate over 25% are preparation for a liberal government.
Yes, Republican looting is the fault of the next administration.
I suppose I should have foreseen this.
They have blamed their crimes on everyone in the world but themselves.
Now they're blaming parties yet to be named.

1. I would like to see a clear assessment of the State of the Nation before the Demos move in.
GOP will try to blame heaven and earth to the Demos.

2. Yes, prepared, as usual, BY REPUBLICANS.
That's how they "prepare" for a Democratic Administration...by screwing things up so bad it'll take years to fix them.

Every goddamn time.

Bush was just worse than most.

3. I should have known
so the relatively good market under Bill was probably just preperation for the inevetable Bush presidency?

4. Oh, no -- credit for that was given to Ronald Reagan. . .
for without the "groundwork" laid by Reagan, the great economy of the 1990s would have never occurred. Conveniently overlooked in this rosy scenario is the Bush I recession (and anything negative that may have happened during those glorious days of Reaganomics).

6. Tell your friend that people who fortell the future are evil...
and will spend eternity in HELL - after they are stoned to death in accordance with Bible teachings.

Republics have taken projection to a level unimagined just a few short years ago.

7. The First Thing The Dems Should Do
when they take office is post the true economic figures that have been hidden from us for the last 7 years, including the true unemployment figure (showing the underemployed, those unemployed for longer than they can claim benefits and those who have never been able to find a job), the true cost of the war, the true National debt and how much of our Social Security money has been spent and not claimed as debt.

That should shut them up. But it won't.

10. Of course it won't.
They'll claim the groundwork for THAT was laid by the Clintons.

8. I hate to say it, but..
this is what we get for the Democratic leadership's failure to act like an opposition party over the last 8 years.

Now we have to make up for lost ground.
