W is not a Moran

Okay, so I'm sorta new here, but I just have noticed from having lurked around this neighborhood for a while that some DU posters consider the Dictatortot to be a moran. I don't think it's true.

A psychologist named H H Goddard coined the name "moron" around a hundred years ago, to describe a feeble minded person who had an IQ higher than an imbecile or an idiot. A moron, according to Goddard, had to have an IQ above 50. I don't know of any evidence that W would score that high.

Just sayin.
