George W. Bush likes to lay claim to the holy grail of conservatives --"Heir to Ronald Reagan" for what it is worth.
Conservatives also like to Boast " Reagan Ended the Cold War"
The events in Georgia and Poland seems to point to the fact that Dumb-ya has actually managed to restart the Cold War .... How ironic?

Reagan was at least competent, Bush is all of Reagan's bad spots+ more bad spots.
