Judge dismisses lawsuit challenging Obama

INDIANAPOLIS — ... The suit filed in Marion Superior Court alleged that Gov. Mitch Daniels and the Republican and Democratic national committees failed to uphold the Constitution when they certified results of the November election.

Judge David Dreyer dismissed the suit Monday, ruling it was moot and that plaintiffs Steve Ankeny, New Castle, and Bill Kruse, Roselawn, waited too long to file their claim.
