Bush: 8 years of photo-opping

We have quite a few beautiful examples of GWB photo-opping his way through history, documented in the top10. Which are your favorites?


A few come to mind immediately for me:

• Mission Accomplished - the banner (naturally)
• Mission Accomplished - the jet landing and the pilot suit
• Mission Accomplished - the cover-up (blaming those pesky sailors for the inaccurate banner)
• Holding Saddam's sword at the white house after the start of the Iraq war
• Playing a guitar (with the presidential seal on it, no less) while New Orleans was under water
• The African tribal dance
• My Pet Goat (the pause)

Obviously I need to find the actual images for these; I think most (if not all) of them are in Top10 archives. What other photo-op moments come to mind as exceptionally tasteless?

1. The plastic turkey, the binoculars with lens caps still on!

2. standing on the rubble of the twin towers

with a megaphone shouting to the dead, asking if they could hear him. Or how about when he is standing on a representation of the flag?

Reminds me of the photo of him autographing a flag... I'll have to find that one too.

4. Do you think he'll try to sell the flight suit costume on eBay?

This item is a custom made flight suit costume. It has only been used once. It has been dry cleaned, but there are some stains in the general crotch region and down one of the legs.
