Bush has just shipped off to Camp David. He needs a little retreat after getting back from that tiring vacation.

No, not the storm of shit he's created. Hurricane Isabel.
Another example of him "getting out of harm's way," like when he went AWOL rather than take a drug test in the TANG and scampering around the country on 9/11/01.
