CHARLIE ROSE: What was your relationship with Gingrich?

BOB DOLE: Well, Newt, we were joined at the hip by Clinton, of course, in `96. Every TV ad had the worst picture of Newt and the worst people (ph) of me and said “Dole-Gingrich.” And I thought that was my name for a long time.
