lies , lies more damned Bush lies
"Four Corners", the ABC (Australia) investigative program has shown a devastating program tonight that tears apart the intelligence used by George Bush, Dick Cheney ,Colin Powell, British PM Tony Blair and Australian PM John Howard to invade Iraq in a war that has led to the death of thousands of innocent Iraqi civilians and over 300 US servicemen.

Numerous experts involved in the investigation of 60,000 aluminium tubes were interviewed along with Greg Thielman , former spy David Wilkie, David Kay and James Woolsey.

This war was launched with the full knowledge of those involved that there was absolutely no evidence to justify it.
They should be facing a Nuremburg style trial for the warmongers they are.

6. excuse me
not to start a flame war, because I'm only pointing something out, but... you dont ever see what you're discussing in a movie unless it's a porno. However, Hollywood actresses are allowed to show themselves topless onscreen.

Just thought I'd point out that gender discrimination works both ways. Oh, and being gay, it's a double whammy for me.

3. Clinton was impeached
for lying about consensual sex. But our current f***wit "president" - oh, I can't/even go there; it sickens me so.

7. And it's time to return the favor
Congress has to find the wherewithal to set another perjury trap.

8. So is the world now to assume...
that the US president can only be trusted if he swears an oath before making a statement before the Congress or the United Nations?

Before bitching about how Clinton has lowered the American reputation, take a look at your own pathetic and legalistic excuse for this bunch of liars.

10. Right.
Lying under oath: Impeachable
Lying to congress and getting 300 Americans killed: not impeachable.
Got it.

Bill Clinton was found not guilty by a jury of his peers (otherwise known as the US Senate). In other words, they said he didn't lie.

Sorry, Mooseknuckle, it was never, ever, about lying under oath, it was about MAKING UP ANY CRIME THEY COULD TO TRY AND GET CLINTON OUT OF OFFICE. Give me 70 million dollars, subpeona and FBI powers, and I'll find better dirt on ANYBODY than what they impeached Clinton for.

Remember Kiddies, it's ok to lie as long as it's not about sex and it's not during a witch hunt interview with opposition lawyers.

12. And the lie under oath was about distance from oval office and not perjury
was anyone withing so many feet of the office was the lie - the rest of the testimony was by definition of the judge correct.

And for the non-purgery lie - normally a $1000 fine and sin no more - he agreed to a 5 year suspension of his AK lic to practice in AK plus a fine.

And the GOP put the nation's interest aside for 3 years so as to focus on the possibility they could get a court to declare "perjury" - which the GOP ultimately failed to get.

While with Reagan (who knowingly spent monies not authorized by Congress, and obtained additional monies for his Ollie North projects via drug sales, was not persued by Dems who felt national priorities were elsewhere - and then as he was about to enter the legal system - Bush Senior pardons him and all those that could testify against him) we have the treasonous Pres Reagan honored by US media and the Washington Airport named after him

13. One of the reason I bought a SW radio...
was to be able to get info that is difficult to get here in the USoA.

I link in to many worldwide publications, but I also listen at the same time to see what the rest of the world thinks of us. The picture is no pretty.

While the vast resources that I look at, have not much against Americans per se, almost universally, bush and the current admin are seen as threats to world security. More like a posse made up of barflies in the Old Western movies, than anything of sunstance.

I can only thank the cooler heads in the Internatioal Media for not lumping all Americans together in a 10 Gal hat and chaps.

16. bush boy nightmare
somebody please wake me up...

why isn't anybody in public calling for his impeachment?

yes if your a politician it takes some guts to do this, but considering whats at stake, you'd think somebody would stand up

today a black congressman called for Rumsfeld to resign, well why not call for Bush to resign since he's the one that picked him and fails to fire him..

17. Impeachment
Can't happen with both houses of congress controlled by republicans. Supreme court leans to the right also. I called and wrote my congressmen, and they just ignored me, or sent condecending form responses back. Republicans have vowed to do what is right even if the majority of Americans are against their views, and I find that they won't listen to their constituants.
