Looking for Bush Quotation
I am looking for a Bush quotation.

He made the inane observation about a year of two ago that democracies do not wage war against each other, etc.

I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS GUY IS PRESIDENT!! EVERY TIME I READ A BUSHISM, I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT HALF OF THE ELECTORATE SUPPORTS THIS GUY! AARRRGHHHH!!!!
