Has anyone ever seen a statistic on world opinion of Bush?
I'd be curious. I know that it sure seems like the vast majority of humans inhabiting this planet, if they are aware of who George Bush is, detest the man. But I would be curious if there has ever been any kind of study or poll into just how many people hate George Bush outside the U.S.

5. Iraq and Afghanistan seem to like Bush
The only problem with the above poll is that the countries who most liked Bush were Iraq and Afghanistan (amoungst few others).

I can testify to the fact that a lot of Europe hates Bush, living as I do, in the United Kingdom.

I think that most of this hatred is not justified and disproportionate. I also believe that the people who's opinions really matter are the American people, whose voice will be heard in November.

6. Foreign Opinion
There was a poll published two months ago that shows American unpopularity has risen in the Arab world.

7. Weird, this poll was just reported today
http://news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=1506&u=/afp/20040909/ts_alt_afp/us_vote_poll_bush_kerry_040909150908&printer=1

The title talks about how Asians prefer Kerry, but the article goes on to actually discuss world opinion. Just as I suspected, too.

I got a chuckle about the Philippines supporting Bush. My husband is Filipino and his family is so uber-Catholic, conservative and superstitious, it's no surprise to me.
