The best freeper thread EVER.... Kool-aid drinkers....

Dude they are SO fricking delusional. Get the kool-aid out, they're gonna need it over at freeperland...

Some of the best....

OUR President NEVER lied. If you knew the man, you would KNOW this! I know your heart is in the right place, and I do agree with your hypothetical, but it aids the dims to accuse the President of lying without a shred of evidence. The man said he served honorably, and I'll go to my grave believing him.

Even if President Bush was lying about his Air National Guard service, so what?
President Bush is not basing his entire campaign on his Air National Guard service.

-------------------------

Old news. And just like when it first was publicized, a completely erroneous conclusion was drawn from a false premise.

Bush never lied about his ANG service. In fact, he practically never even spoke of it. Didn't brag it up on his resume, didn't refer to it constantly in conversations, didn't even take home movies of himself climbing into (or out of) the cockpit of his F-102. Took the training, went to the drills, and when he was mustered out, he seemed to have been a most exemplary member of the ANG.

And how could he lie about it, if he did not talk about it very much, and NEVER tried to conceal his record. That some key records may have been misfiled or not found in the proper folder, in no way validates any assertion that they were deliberately tampered with.

----------------------
My thoughts exactly. How can these people be this stupid? I've always discounted conspiracy theories, but this is so bumbling as to make you think someone is planning this, like, say, the Clintonistas in the Kerry camp.
No sooner does he seem to get away from Vietnam, than they bring it back up again---and sooner or later someone is going to HAVE to ask two questions: 1) "Senator, why won't you sign the 180 form and release your records?" and 2) "Senator, where were you when you were supposed to be on duty with the Naval Reserve? Were you AWOL?"
