More Middle East Wars
I believe that if Bush is elected that there will be more wars in the Middle East.

He claimed to Matt Lauer that he does not intend to invade Iran.

However, he surrounds himself with neoconservatives who wrote prior to 9/11 that the US can change the Middle East by invading Syria, Iran, and Iraq.
