why doesn't Bush and the Republicans push for a Department of Moral Values? Seems to me that they should lay out a big heaping agenda chock full of goodies for their righteous majority.

Let me help them here-

(1) Department of Moral Values, nominate Pat Robertson to head it.
(2) Ban abortion.
(3) Ban gay sex.
(4) Ban sex outside of marriage.
(5) Mandatory church service.
(6) Strict censorship of media, particularly TV and movies.
(7) Ban divorce.
(8) Ban gambling.

We fired up more Democrats to vote, too. But they were just better and beat us in our game. Stupid people are just easier to manipulate. And we are too honest to use lies to gain votes.

Over 40% didn't vote and a great majority of young people didn't vote. And we didn't make clear that Bush's "moral values" means tax-cuts for the rich with money taken from the poor, leaving children without health care and proper education, destroying the environment, and spreading hate against people who are different.
