any ideas what form, dynamics, stages would have to develop,

to parallel Watergate in actually driving not only bush from office, but beyond the Watergate framework, actually drive the GOP's vicepresident from power and put Kerry in?

eg., entirely new elections to replace those of Black Tuesday.
