Cyberspace swallows domain
Slovakia's top internet service provider declined comment on Wednesday after about 60 000 websites with the Slovak suffix .sk suddenly vanished from the world wide web.

The mysterious e-outage affected customers of Euroweb Slovakia, a subsidiary of Netherlands-based KPN Telecom.

The Bratislava newspaper Sme said the outage shut down most of the country's webpages, e-mail, internet banking and electronic business transactions for about two hours.
