I need my daily fix, so all this excellent economics I am learning in college does not go down the drain!

3. I third Brad DeLong's site
My only gripe is that he views economic issues from 30,000 feet, I rarely see any quality insights on the industry or firm level. For puncturing the logic of Bush's policies however this is one of the better sites.

4. I think Atrios used to be an economics professor.
even though his blog doesn't focus primarily on economics, you can often find good discussion of economic issues and useful links on his site.

5. Max Sawicky, an economist with EPI has a great Blog.
Edited on Sun Feb-13-05 09:58 PM by seasat
He is a must read. (LINK)
He also has links to other progressive economists (LINK).

Added on edit:

I almost forgot Argmax (LINK) until I noticed the link at Max's site. He provides a blog and links to current data. Along with Brad Delong's website, they'll give you plenty of progressive economics.

10. The unofficial Paul Krugman page may be of use to you
http://www.pkarchive.org/

It's not the most active blog on the web, but that might be an advantage if you're only looking for the occasional dose. It does have an old-school message board which seems heavily weighted toward discussion of specific investments.
