Charging high interest rates has long been considered immoral and illegal but two U.S. states (Delaware & SD) allow it and because of our broken legal system, it, by default exists, in EVERY U.S. state even though every other U.S. state outlaws the practice.
Why can't the undeservably rich be happy with the undeserved bush tax cuts? Why do they have to be so crooked charging unreasonable interest rates. The lives that they ruin reaches into the tens of millions.
Furthermore, 100's of thousands of people will die from suicide or stress-related illnesses due to SD's usury protection program.
Shouldn't SD be looking at curbing their own criminal behaviour before they decide what women, some of them victims of spousal abuse, should suffer by their unconstitutional decrees?
