FREE TRADE IS VERY EXPENSIVE TO MAINTAIN

International trade was collapsed into the same hole dug by the Japanese ZIRP system. As I predicted several years ago, all the top G12 nations would all emulate the Japanese depression since they all rewarded Japan for this ZIRPiness. Namely, Japan’s export powers grew swiftly and Japanese export corporations ruled the roost. Anyone who didn’t protect themselves from the flood of Japanese exports saw their own industrial base decline or even be nearly eliminated. And the Chinese were the very first to successfully imitate the Japanese system. Except, to keep peace with the US and EU, they let the yuan get stronger which was a mistake.

It was a mistake because the US and EU both were using the Japanese carry trade to get around their own banking and finance laws! So they gave Japan free rein to run riot in world lending markets while screaming nonstop at China to not copy Japan. To appease everyone, China made the yuan stronger. And was simply punished even more. The greatest punishment being, the run up to the Olympics when the G7 nations ran a huge anti-China propaganda campaign coupled with an open attempt at supporting rioters in Tibet.

As I predicted two years ago, after the Olympics, China is now shutting down. And world trade is collapsing. We have to look at not only the propaganda but at the news to see how the New World Order people are operating. These are the same people who run interlocking charities to evade taxes and shift charity money back and forth between players who are more interested in padding their nests.

Let’s look at their nastiest enforcement arm, the IMF. This organization is heartless and cruel when it comes to small nations struggling with economic problems. But when it comes to the G7 who run the IMF, this organization encourages exactly what it condemns when the shoe is on the G7 caterpillar’s many feet:

EMS is either crazy or the smartest person on the net. If she's right about her ZIRP theory, she'll deserve a nobel prize. Nobody else is seeing this. Or if they do they ain't talking. The ZIRP angle is fascinating.

1. Your article makes no sense!
the yuan has been artificially WEAK as to keep factories IN china. if the chinese yuan was properly valued, the cost of having things built in china (rampant piracy and IP theft aside) would be the same as doing it at home, so factories would return to their home countries!

So what you're posting literally makes no sense. please help!

I do want to try to understand what you're trying to say.

many thanks :)

3. She's right. China unpegged the Yuan in 2005. Olympics deal probably.

China ended the currency's peg to the dollar in July 2005, and since then the yuan's reference rate has been set against a currency basket that also includes the euro, yen, won and British pound.

The yuan has gained 4.47 percent this year based on Thursday's trading price, or 18.27 percent from 8.2765 yuan against the dollar before the new currency regime was imposed.

I seem to remember this now. It was a controlled float.

6. She's talking about a prediction she made 2 years ago.

As I predicted two years ago, after the Olympics, China is now shutting down. And world trade is collapsing. These are the same people who run interlocking charities to evade taxes and shift charity money back and forth between players who are more interested in padding their nests.

If she's talking about it somewhere else, she's probably referring to backroom deals made years ago. Everyone has to pay something to get the Olymics. This is never made public but we can figure out what the bounty was later on.

It takes a while to "get" EMS. I read her everyday now. She's really good on predictions and history.

5. This is very interesting. Since China has cut interest rates, The Yuan has fell.
The Chinese are probably killing two birds with one stone. Stimulating the economy and screwing the Japanese ZIRP. What's that Chinese saying? When the elephants fight, the grass gets trampled.

7. I have some doubts about EMSnews...
Edited on Tue Dec-23-08 06:30 PM by anigbrowl
Take the latest post...
http://emsnews.wordpress.com/2008/12/23/latest-madoff-affair-suicide-is-ancient-regime-nobility/#more-771
"The suicide of the rich ancient regime member, la Villehuchet, opens a very fascinating door onto the relationship of the Nobility and their Jewish servants. This is a very, very old story. The strange and entangled affairs of the Normans is always fascinating to me since I am one of these creatures via my mother’s side of the family . It seems that this high-society French noble was in cahoots with a Jewish fraudster. And he made good money off of this relationship. Both did.

And this is how the system operates: the nobles use the Jews as their ‘front men’ to loot on their behalf. Periodically, they feel guilty about this and other crimes of the ruling elites. And try to dis-enslave people or start charities like the Catholic Church charity. This, after entering France as Norse invaders, that is.

<...>

And all of this takes us back to Jekyll Island. And the conspiracy to take over all US finances and banking and control it via the Ruling Elite families. Who lost control to their servants who now run the scam operation. But back in the background, the same nobility of ancient Europe is there, seeking to have all wealth flow through their hands in the end."

Sounds kinda Stormfront to me. If you look down on http://emsnews.wordpress.com/ there's a whole string of posts called 'All in the family' which seems to consist mostly of 'OMFG JOOS'.

(on the Judge that ordered house arrest)
"I decided to track down the Jewish judge to see how he operates. It was quite difficult but in the end, I found what I knew from the beginning: he is part of the Jewish Mafia. He should have NEVER allowed this huge criminal to go free! Not in the SLIGHTEST. Not only that, the mercy he showed to this criminal is shown ONLY TO JEWS."

(on media coverage and the new head of the SEC)
"A huge percentage of the US media is mostly owned, run and often written by members of the Jewish community. The Madoff affair has exposed this community to a lot of obvious scrutiny and it is equally obvious that the community wants to end this scrutiny. In Israel, where the Jewish community can chat with each other openly, they are worried that the world might notice the wealth accumulated in this story and how it was abused and are worried about anti-semitism growing.

So the selection of Ms. Schapiro, who is one of the ‘family’ is greeted with relief and joy in the Jewish financial community. She will not expose them to any more scrutiny and they collectively hope they can find some way to bury the mess they made with interlayered swindles and wretched, obvious schemes and scams. First, here is an email I got that is very much related to all this. I deleted some of the personal business in it to protect the writer, who is Jewish:"

Now, it's true that there has been Jewish organized crime in the US and I'm not much of a fan of Israel's security policies. But reading through the blog, the writer does seem a little, um, obsessed. She has some good insights and writes well, but she also seems to have a major chip on her shoulder. I advise keeping the salt handy. Additionally...

8. She does have a MAJOR chip on her shoulder.
She seems to hate everyone at least a little. She says she lived in a tent for years. Maybe that's why. I didn't post any of the "All in the family" threads because of the Jewish mafia stuff. She hints at knowing things but hasn't fessed up yet.

She's a good writer and I think she's funny, in a dark humor sort of way. She's good at thumping the Japanese. She lived in Japan. I should have known. I lived there too and can relate to some of the stuff she says. The TV shows. I remember them .lol

Anyway, whether she's crazy or a genuis, she's on to the carry trade. I almost started posting on her forum today to ask about the Swiss. They are competing with Japan over that. I noticed today that their currency has hit a new low. I wonder why she never mentions them. And Iceland. They were players, that's why their broke now. But I suppose she focuses on the Yen because it's King Carry.

She hates the Queen of England. I appreciate that. I still think she had Dianna knocked off.

I just got layed off so I probably will start posting there. I'd like to ask her some questions. I can't help it. She's got me hooked on the story. lol

9. Hmmm...I'm leaning towards crazy
I mean the carry trade has been extensively written about in the Economist for the last 2 years, it's not a big secret if you had any serious interest in the financial news - hit their website and do a search on it, they've had many many articles and were warning for quite a while it was going to unwind. So...I'm not convinced that being on to that puts her in the genius box.

It didn't take me long for clicks to external links on her blog to invite me down a right wing rabbit hole. Remember, a lot of the extreme right wing types also inveigh against the capitalist system, the Federal Reserve etc....but that doesn't mean we have interests in common with them. I think you might want to be a bit more selective about your sources.

10. I never bother reading The Economist anymore. They're a joke.
Sure they talk about the carry trade unwinding but they never go any deeper. The BOJ is a lot more than that. The only paper I will read is the FT. They have been better than most on the crisis. But even they don't go deep enough for me. I find the 'business' press pretty much useless at this point.

I've never clicked on her links. If there is some RW there I wouldn't be surprised. I can't imagine who would be worth reading. They don't have a clue.

I have my own theories. Which is all you can have concerning the vast unregulated markets.

She may be crazy though. She's something for sure.

11. You do know that the FT and the Economist are from the same publisher, yes?
You must have stopped reading the Economist some time ago, because they've been complaining about the BoJ for years. It's far from an indisputable oracle, or fully comprehensive (since they try and cover all major world news in every issue), but certainly no joke.

13. No, I didn't know that but I don't pay attention to those things...
Edited on Tue Dec-23-08 09:14 PM by Joanne98
I think I used too, but too many mergers have happened. They are all related to me.

I did try to read The Economist this year around Bear Sterns time but I sounded like blah blah blah. To many papers try to keep the same formats even when the earth is shifting under their feet. I do remember that the reporting was very different between the two cause I dumped the E and stayed with the FT for a few weeks. But I dumped the FT too.

I guess I don't pay attention to who owns what because they just aren't that interesting. The commerialism is killing them and they can't change. It seems that the people in the middle of things are the last to know anyway. I expect they will all be bankrupt a couple of years from now.

I like Naomi Klein. People think she's crazy too. btw!

12. Okay. I hadn't read her new post. Crazy just jumped up a notch.

She posted her mother's obituary. Do you think it's true?

>>>>>>
HAHAHA. Ack. Yes, this sums up the CIA perfectly. Actually, I find all of this very hard to write since we kids were ordered to never, ever talk about my father’s ‘Dark Side’ work. I know a great deal about many things and since my father is still alive, hiding somewhere, I have no idea, anyway, he is in hiding. I feel sorry for him since I have begged him all my life to tell the truth to the world. Please! Here is my mother’s only obituary in the news:

reviewjournal.com — Obituaries

Published June 28, 2008.

MEINEL, MARJORIE

MARJORIE PETTIT MEINEL Marjorie Meinel was born in Pasadena, Calif., May 13, 1922, and died at age 86, June 24, 2008, peaceably from natural causes in Henderson. She was the beloved wife, of Aden Meinel for 64 years. She bore seven children, all living, Carolyn, Walter, Barbara, Elaine, Edward, Mary and David. Her parents were Drs. Edison Pettit and Hannah Bard Steele Pettit, both astronomers. Marjorie assisted her father in making the first time-lapse movies of eruptive solar prominences using their backyard six-inch telescope. She obtained her BA at Pomona College (1943) and MA in astronomy at Claremont Colleges (1944). As a teaching assistant she taught Army airmen navigation using a traditional sextant. Several of her students became navigators on Jimmy Doolittle’s famous air raid on Tokyo in 1942. She immediately started work at California Institute of Technology as Associate Editor of World War II secret rocket programs marrying co-researcher Aden Meinel in 1944.
>>>>>

My secretive father and youngest brother conspired to virtually hide her death from nearly the entire planet. My mother was well known to many world leaders, dead and alive! The need for secrecy is insane. So I know how secrets operate. The emotional mentality behind it all is right in my face. I have to deal with this emotional wound caused by living a super-secretive family who worked for more than half a century in dark and often even disgusting ways.

But there is the other form of darkness: misinformation. People who belong to and work with Shadowlands spit out lies all the time. Not only that, they also go INSANE. And boy, do they go insane. Many people on the outside think people do horrid and strange things for rational reasons. THIS IS FALSE. They are often driven mad by their double lives. The very secrets they carry destroy the mind.
>>>>>>>>>
She says in this post that her father was involved in Operation Paperclip!
>>>>>>>
Everything connected with the Apocalypse, for example. When I first learned of this part of the Dream World, I was horrified. I spent years, probing my parents about this matter and why they read the Bible so much and why they read it in Greek as well as Hebrew. I even learned to read Hebrew to figure out what the hell they were thinking. And then recoiled in horror. Now, on to the Wikipedia business of ‘Operation Paperclip’ which was dovetailed with my father’s still secret work:

Operation Paperclip - Wikipedia

Operation Paperclip (also Project Paperclip) was the code name for the O.S.S.–U.S. Military evacuation of scientists from Nazi Germany, during the terminus and aftermath of World War II. In 1945, the Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency was established with direct responsibility for effecting Operation Paperclip.

I don't know. Wouldn't it be wierd if it's true. It would explain why's she's so angry.

14. Well, seeing as how I found said person's Obit in other places
eg scientific institutions and so on, it's not exactly secret. Both parents are/were distinguished astronomers and easy to search on. How true the other stuff is, I really can't tell.
