Martinez even included me on a conference call. But nobody in the media. Why is that ? And I wrote thoughtful queries. Not asking for position

statements or anything else.

I assume you mean you've written them about the economy and various related issues.

Your reps work for you, which is why repeated attempts to contact them will generally draw some sort of response.

Columnists, etc. tend only to contact people that bring some sort of specific expertise or unique perspective on the issue of the day. In other words, what could you offer a media outlet that the thousands of other people who write them daily do not?
