I'd say Reagan, Bush I, and Bush II are the ones behind the national debt. Clinton balanced the budget and started getting things turned around before II got elected... though, quite arguably, II was far worse at mangling up everything...

3. I was listening to C-SPAN this morning and there was something going

on with kids taking a test dealing with the government. Sounded like some kind of standardized test.

Anyway, one of the people said there is always a question on the test dealing with the "federal" reserve.

I walked away thinking maybe there is a question on the test as part of an indoctrination since there is nothing Federal about the reserve.
