1. The outsourcing piece was quite good (it included Lou Dobbs)
I found the mini-documentary on the chiropractor and his China experience to be excellent.

BTW, Wonk, I ran across a blog with a neat name: http://www.wonkette.com/

Take a look. It's pretty good.

2. Did they mention all the jobs that are being outsourced to Canada?

3. The Canadian Banker Mentioned Fear
Edited on Mon Mar-15-04 06:30 PM by mhr
He does not know what fear is as the US middle class is systematically looted and destroyed.

Can you say Revolution boys and girls?

People that worked hard for degrees and the associated good jobs that went with those degrees are not going to sit idly by and accept jobs as burger mechanics.

That is not going to happen.

The revolution will be political and ultimately physical.

You heard it here first!

4. Yes...
There is a saying - I don't recall the origin - that there is no one more conservative than the worker who has just been promoted to foreman, gotten married, and purchased a house.

By extension, there is no one more radical than an unemployed worker who has just lost his house, whose children are hungry, and who feels betrayed by the national leadership.

This is a social dynamic that is ignored at peril, in my opinion.
