Jist of the article tells you how she won in Tax court. The decision allows her to
deduct cost of college tuition towards a MBA degree.

1. If she had used an attorney she probably would had lost.
Or at least it wouldn't had been worth the effort with the cost of an attorney.

The court's ruling goes against logic and precedent.
