You might find this site of some use.

http://www.foreclosuredefenseflorida.com/

this firm has posted filmed depositions of robosigners in Fla.
these are people who have signed off as Vice-Presidents of banks and law firms across the country, for dozens of companies, all out of one foreclosure mill in Pinellas County Fla.
totally mind boggling.

the filmed depositions are here:

http://www.youtube.com/user/TheForrestLawFirm#p/u

I am watching them in stunned amazement.
they clearly explain the assembly line process of faking mortgage documents.
apparently one of the robosigners signed off on President Obama's house!

and this is only ONE of the many many firms across the country which was essentially
making up mortgage docs for a variety of reasons, using unskilled, poorly educated
people to just sign papers they could barely read.

There is an 80% chance YOUR mortgage has been signed by one of the many now deposed
people.

2. My selfish pleasure.
I found MERS on my mortgage in county records, and my servicer is Bank of America,
so I know that somewhere down the line, there are forged docs in MY mortgage.

any of us who have a mortgage needs to be aware of this fraud.
