5. Great! Years ago I had an account at BoA....I lost the account book
and in the time it took me to find it they had confiscated my account. It was over 30 years ago and it was a saving account. I wonder how many people they have done that to. It was only a couple of hundred dollars and the time and hassle it would have taken to get it back was not worth it to me. Needless to say, I didn't know the process. The account was in CA and I was living in NY.

6. It would depend on the nature of what he has, but if it has to do with
Edited on Wed Dec-22-10 12:52 AM by jtuck004
the CEO's personal knowledge that the bank was creating CDO's with fraudulent intent, or had controlling interest
in predatory lenders, or were using hedge fund money to leverage investments outside of the allowances made by the S.E.C.,
this has the potential of bringing the whole discussion of how they created toxic assets and foisted them on the country.

Much of that seems to have fallen off the radar, even though it is all still very much alive, so I can't help thinking this
is a good thing, though in reading the reporting it doesn't sound like it would be at the level of a national scandal
or criminal action.

We shall see...

8. This is why Holder is after Assange
I don't think they give a rat's ass about the military leaks. They need to stop the leaking of Wall Street's criminal activities.

to take on the U.S. government is one thing, but to take on the owners of that government? Quite another.
