that you have already loaded up on, then unload them as fast as you can when the price reaches your target. In trading jargon, this is called "pumping and dumping".

and now they're trying to get all the small time suckers to invest to prop it up while they get their money out.
The market has been overvalued since the late 90s. It's not going to stay that way much longer.
