Aside from those 10 "apprenti" (not a word, according to the spell-checker), that means that other people are going to lose their jobs so that some "inner-city" (read: minority) kids can get some "life experience" of working in the "real world".
And what happens when those kids, who should be at home doing their homework (and possibly the ones who were on the bubble educationally any way), start to fall behind in their grades? Are they dropped from the program because they have to drop out of school to keep the job?
Yet another slogan, another "restaurant in a microverse", from the totally insane ...
