If all goes according to plan, China will become the third country to send a man into space. But the government was maintaining its veil of secrecy on Thursday with a spokeswoman denying knowledge of any launch plan.

Is it me or, with the fall of Saddam, has China become the only government worse at lying than the Bush Administration? I swear they announced his officially last week.

Still, I find it interesting that we sill soon have another space power involved in the game. Personally I think it's going to be a good thing. Maybe it'll push teh US and Russia to actually do something new and inovative in space exploration.

This fits right in. The republicans complained that Clinton sold secrets to the Chinese; yet the republicans are selling our good high-tech jobs to the lowest bidder.

Hypocrisy, go figure!
