There is also a http://www.aaas.org/meetings/2009/program/lectures/media/gore.ram">RealMedia file of the speech linked on the page, but the YouTube links are less flaky. (I.e., I was unable to get the RAM file working in Linux, and they're usually of poor quality on any system, in my experience.)
