Take the 100 billion

I know its not enough to mitigate the problems of climate change but it is a start. Five or ten years from now there will be even more money and it still won't be enough. We will be slow to act and never catch up. So take whatever they offer, do the best you can and take more when it is offered.
In reference to the 100 billion offer that Hillary put on the table today in Copenhagen, with a 24 hour timeline.
