3. Yes, but remember that the PPM color-coding is actually fairly narrow

4. Give this 5 more years to show a good trend and it may prove Le Quéré correct about sinks.
I personally see that the CO2 concentrations are higher and staying longer as the animation plays out, indicating that the sinks are losing their ability to sink CO2.
