Bring the water balloons, tomatoes and cream pies..... or not.
Please do not send these people your money, they don't want it, I'm pretty sure with 7 commercial licensing agreements to date that they don't need it either.

Dr. Mills will present “Thermally Reversible Hydrino Catalyst Systems as a New Power Source” at the American Chemical Society 240th National Meeting and Exposition in Boston, MA, on August 24, 2010. For the presentation details click here. For the Division of Fuel Chemistry pre-print click here.

Distribution Renderer This stand-alone executable allows the user to numerically calculate and render the charge distribution profile and angular momentum projections of the hydrogen atom, both unnormalized and normalized.

that. Don't fall off a cliff, or DU for that matter.

Rather large flare there...

3. Bring the demonstration that can be inspected by others,
and I'll listen. Until then, it's just blue sky.

4. Blue sky is exactly what the result will be, iffin there is more to this
than we have recently been thinking.

5. Think solar. We already have a huge hydrogen generator in
place, just 93 million miles away.

This guy's a charlatan. A clever one, but a charlatan nonetheless.

He's good at convincing people who know nothing that he's got something. That's all it takes. Check the website's contact information. See the investor relations email? See the licensing email?

It's about money, and there will be no hydrino power. Count on it.

Spectroscopic H(1/3) and H(1/4) Hydrino Continuum Transitions with Cutoffs at 22.8 nm and 10.1 nm Updated - R. L. Mills and Y. Lu - In addition to the 91.2 nm (13.6 eV) and 22.8 nm (54.4 eV) continua due to H(1/2) and H(1/3) transitions, we report the extension of the range of q 13.6 eV continuum radiation from hydrino transitions to 10.1 nm (122.4 eV) by the observation of an additional continuum band from the decay of the intermediate corresponding to the hydrino state H(1/4). The continua spectra directly and indirectly match significant celestial observations. Click here for layman PowerPoint presentation.

7. I made a prediction. You may do with it as you choose.
Unless you are qualified to evaluate what is in that document, it's meaningless. Unless you understand the document, it is smoke and mirrors. I do not understand it, so it will do me no good to read it. It's not my field. If you understand it. and I've seen no evidence of that, explain it in lay terms for us. If you cannot do that, you do not understand it.

The pattern of scam is all over this venture. I predict that it will be exposed as such at some point before too long.

There have been pseudo-scientific scams like this since science began. Some have made the scammers very wealthy.

8. Interview with a 34 year Los Alamos scientist: Excerpt
An Interview with Dr. Edmund Storms

Author of The Science of Low Energy Nuclear Reaction
John Allen Rudesill*

Several essential conditions must exist before LENR can
occur and be consistent with the “normal” behavior of
nature. A source of energy is required along with a mecha-
nism to cause it to concentrate on a few atoms. Common
experience and the Second Law of Thermodynamics stand in
the way of such a mechanism. In addition, this mechanism
must overcome or neutralize the Coulomb barrier. Adding to
the problem, this mechanism must be so efficient that it can
permit rates in excess of over 1012 reactions/sec, while pro-
ducing a variety of nuclear reactions involving deuterium or
hydrogen with atoms having a high atomic charge.

Only the Mills hydrino mechanism has all of the necessary features
combined into one theory. In other words, LENR requires
the existence of something having the basic features of the
hydrino. The hydrino forms by an exothermic reaction,
which avoids the problem of spontaneous concentration of
energy. Its formation can place an electron near the nucleus
where it can shield the positive charge of the hydrogen or
deuterium nucleus. And it requires the presence of a rare cat-
alyst, which accounts for the unique feature of the environ-
ment that makes the process so hard to replicate. A person
only needs to believe the hydrino is real and cold fusion
starts to make sense.

JAR: It is curious that Mills in his early hydrino work
acknowledges the potential for facilitating fusion and yet he
made a clear effort to separate himself and his technology
from the cold fusion camp perhaps to avoid the attacks from
the hot fusion critics and skeptics. As a result, he has had
ample sustained funding to develop his discoveries and ideas
and he also has his own cadre of skeptics and critics. Do you
think it is time to initiate a dialog with Mills to appeal for his
help in understanding the behavior of hydrinos and deutri-
nos in the nuclear environment?

ES: I think having a dialog with Mills would be very worth-
while. He realized his theory could be applied to LENR many
years ago, but decided not to get involved with the field. I
think he was wise because a two front war is seldom won by
the defender. It would be ironic if his generally rejected the-
ory would be the long-sought explanation for the generally
rejected idea of LENR.

9. Yes, really don't
The PowerPoint contains zero information - pictures of apparatus with a few sparse, cryptic captions, followed by a graph.

My field is atomic physics, and I've seen no reason to second-guess the judgments of those who have reviewed his work and found no merit in the "hydrino" concept and found numerous instances of plagiarism in Mills' publications. None of it passes the most casual sniff tests.
