Gov. Christie (R-NJ) On Climate - "I Think We're Going To Need More Science To Prove Something"
Scientists and environmental advocates reacted with anger and incredulity Wednesday to remarks by Gov. Christie expressing doubt that humans are causing climate change.

"I'm skeptical," Christie said at a Toms River town hall meeting Tuesday in response to a question about whether he believed mankind played a major role in global warming. "I think we're going to need more science to prove something one way or the other," he said. Christie said he had seen convincing arguments on both sides of the issue but "can't figure this stuff out."

The governor had previously focused his comments regarding energy policy on creating green jobs and reducing dependency on foreign oil.

Critics reacted with shock Wednesday and accused Christie of pandering to a conservative base as he raises his national political profile. Spokesman Michael Drewniak said Wednesday that Christie believed climate change could have damaging effects, but he offered no insight into what the governor believes are its causes.

1. I suggest an x-ray
If that doesn't prove Christie's head is well up Christie's own arse, nothing will.

2. If he can't figure things out,
then he should quit trying and defer to people who can.

I wonder why?

Having him comment on science is like having, um, um...never mind...

Kinda looks like Mr Potatohead too, except that Mr. Potatohead is cool.

7. "Christie said he had seen convincing arguments on both sides of the issue"
yah, Shitbag has seen arguments from scientists on one side, and on the other side arguments from knuckle-dragging Christians or sickos paid off by the fossil industry.

Republicans will keep voting against the environment, after decades of scientists reporting the exact same thing.

And I will keep thanking all the caring citizens who can't be bothered to vote :banghead:
