2. Funny you should ask...

I have some prime ocean-floor holdings, which should yield excellent returns on the mineral rights in a few hundred million years. You can get in on the ground floor, at the bargain-basement rate of $1million per acre.

I also sell acreage on earth's moon, in single-acre lots.

I would feel morally strained by the fact that I was taking advantage of your naivete.

You should be asking for much more money.

In truth, I have it on good authority that your species will not be occupying this planet (or it's moon) for that much longer. I was just trying to make a fast buck, and then flip the real-estate to the future occupants.

I am ashamed. But I can still make an ethical profit from the new occupants. If you don't mind, I may also sell your space-probes on gBay, there are several species who just love collecting those things. Snap 'em up like Hommels, I tell you...
