1. Great idea, but one thing jumped out at me like a sore thumb:

Okay, so if I have 50 copies of WordStar 3.0, circa 1985, on 5 1/4" floppies that I want destroyed, they'll make sure I have an "audit trail". But, when we go to vote and want a paper receipt out of the damn DIEBOLD voting machine, it's no way, Jose? What's wrong with this picture? :eyes:

2. Hrm, I think I'll hang onto my CDs.

They don't take up much space.

I can melt them into little parabolic reflectors.

Or arrange them in a large parabolic array.

Or make tons of other neat toys from them.
