Although I don't drive, and thankfully can take public transportation, I look forward to the day, when, as a passenger, I see the sight of a Hummer owner with a sign: "Hummers for Oil".

These same fucks oppose every single initiative for mass transit that comes up. They even hate bus stops in their neighborhoods. They deserve to be stranded in the middle of nowhere.

A Hummer has a top *legal* speed of 65 mph.
My scooter's top 'sane' speed is about 55 mph.

That's a lot to pay for an extra 10 mph.

that when they first bought there H2s, they thought they would be envied by the masses because of their new toy.

If gas prices stay this high, and there are shortages, they will be too embarrassed to drive that monstrosity due to belligerent looks, the cost, and people talking why anyone would be so stupid as to drive something like that.
