8. I used to live in Phoenix
on 28th between Peoria and Cactus in 1980. I understand the place has really grown. I was close to Metro Center Mall. Is it still there?

10. Yep, metrocenter is still there. You probably wouldn't recognize the valley.
The growth just since I moved here in 98 has been stupendous.

previous record high was 95F, which we broke by 3F. The average low is 51F, whereas yesterday the low was 64F.
