Will England ask the USA to join them in the war against terrorists?
Edited on Thu Jul-21-05 05:41 PM by Lefty48197
Since England has just been attacked by al Qaeda again, I'm guessing that they will want to crank up their war effort against the al Qaeda army in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Will England realize that the military campaign in Iraq is a terrible waste of precious resources, and take their troops out of Iraq, and send them to Afghanistan?
Personally, I can't imagine that the British public would allow their government to continue the stupid war in Iraq, when there is a very important war to be won against al Qaeda. I don't think the British conservatives have been able to capture the media outlets in their country, and use them as propoganda tools to mislead the public, as they have done in this country.
I fully expect the British military to act like the "awakened giant" and go on to annihilate the al Qaeda threat in Afghanistan. When we went into Afghanistan, we asked the Brits to help us. Now that the British have a renewed sense of urgency in the war on terror, will they ask Bush to join them in fighting against al Qaeda? Will Bush admit that the real war is against al Qaeda, and stop pretending that the threat is in Iraq?

1. Will Bush admit anything? No aWoL refuses to allow reality to interfere
with any of his fantasies.

2. Too bad a man like Cheney was in control and could only see $$$
signs as long as he kept the UN out of the invasion of Iraq.
