Angola is still awash with millions of weapons almost one and a half years after the signing of a peace deal to end nearly three decades of civil war, according to an opposition study published on Tuesday.
The study said some four million guns are in civilian hands in a country of only 12 million people, in what the Coalition of Civil Opposition Parties said was an obstacle to plans for elections in the southwest African country.
