John Conyers seeks your opinion on the patriot act

To protect our ports and other soft targets, we need to stop passing new tax cuts for the wealthy and start fully and fairly funding all of our homeland security needs..."

Conyers gives me hope for our democracy. I can't imagine the amount of courage it takes to face the corrupt powers that be the way he has.

2. patriot act is no security

you are right we need to go after the guns and all of the above. but first we have to get people in place that know what the hell they are doing. take back our govt from the wealthy and the lobbiest. God bless Mr. Conyers. I think he is the last real defender of our democracy.
