Anthrax And 5 Years
The media is asking the question, are we safer now 5 years after 9/11? Our government has all but forgotten there is a killer on the loose with weaponized
anthrax waiting for the opportune time to attack. Who is this killer and where are they hiding?
Here is a bit of what we know.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2001_anthrax_attacks

Five letters are believed to have been mailed at this time, to ABC News, CBS News, NBC News and the New York Post, all in New York City; and the National Enquirer at American Media, Inc. (AMI) in Boca Raton, Florida. AMI also publishes a tabloid called Sun where Robert Stevens, the first person who died from the mailings, worked. Only the New York Post and NBC News letters were actually found; the existence of the other three letters is inferred from the pattern of infection.

As of 2006, the anthrax investigation seems to have gone cold. Authorities have traveled to four different continents, interviewed more than 8,000 individuals and have issued over 5,000 subpoenas. The number of FBI agents assigned to the case is now 21, ten fewer than a year ago. The number of postal inspectors investigating the case is nine. The FBI and postal inspectors are in the process of preparing an internal report reviewing the history of the investigation. The report will include a list of "persons of interest" and the latest on the scientific tests used on the anthrax material. Investigators still have not determined the lab used to make the anthrax.

1. They've pretty much traced the source to the Army lab in MD but
they haven't been able to pin it on any of the employees at the lab. That's probably because they never work on the stuff without a partner and they inventory everything continually.

Two things,
1. There doesn't seem to be any trail of unintended contamination where someone would have prepared the envelopes for mailing and then spread the contamination unintentionally in the process of mailing the letters.
2. If it really were a terrorist group that's responsible why would they have stopped?

From that I think we can draw two conclusions.
1. The letters were prepared in a lab environment most probably the lab the anthrax came from in MD.
2. Since such labs have strict procedures for handling these dangerous materials the person or persons responsible would have to work unobserved during off hours. That means that someone would have to be able to access the lab without being logged in and out, allowed to work unobserved and not be subject to any inventory controls.

Conclusion: Some sort of US Government agency/agents were responsible and the reason they stopped was because the DNA trace after the attack pointed to an all to obvious conclusion.

2. There has not been one terrorist attack in the US since 9/11
That's what I hear all the time, yet the anthrax attack remains unsolved.

It also appears that absolutely nothing is being done to investigate the crime.

First they didn't want to investigate 9/11. Then they didn't want to testify under oath. Or alone. Or with any recording device.

Criminals through and through, these people.

3. Obstruction of justice in the anthrax cases is strong evidence
...of government involvement in the attacks.
