Passenger arrested inside Logan Airport bathroom
BOSTON -- State Police and TSA officials at Boston's Logan International Airport apprehend a man, who fled from a security line.
Christoper Dozier, 26, was arrested shortly after 5 a.m. on Tuesday morning inside Terminal B for running from security personnel when asked to step out of line for additional screening.
Authorities say Dozier then covered his mouth and ran to a bathroom. Appearing to have just flushed a toilet when he was found by officials, Dozier waved his arms and resisted arrest.
The defense attorney in this case says Dozier covered his mouth, because he was nervous at the thought of extra screening and subsequently felt sick.
Jennifer Sinclair of Watertown witnessed the scene as she arrived in Boston on a red-eye flight from Phoenix.
"This young guy was seated," said Sinclair. "He had police standing around him... a whole bunch of State Police
TSA agents. They were yelling at him, saying 'Stop moving. Stop talking. You know what you did.' Then, I overheard some of the agents say, or some of the senior management, talking to each other and saying he had come through security waving his hands in the air."
