BAGHDAD, March 31 (Reuters) - The final death toll from a massive truck bomb
attack in the Iraqi town of Tal Afar earlier this week was 152, officials said
on Saturday, making it the single deadliest bombing since the war began in 2003.

Officials had previously said 85 people died in Tuesday's attack in a Shi'ite area
of the northwestern Iraqi town.

Interior Ministry spokesman Brigadier Abdul Kareem Khalaf said 347 were wounded.
There was also another truck bomb attack in Tal Afar on Tuesday but it was
smaller.
