Bomb squad investigating suspicious package Department of Social Services in Conway, SC
Horry County police are looking for the person responsible for planting a suspicious package in the Department of Social Services in Conway.
Workers were evacuated for couple of hours Thursday morning after finding a suspicious 9x12 manila envelope. Police called for the Horry County and the State Law Enforcement Division Bomb Squad.

They determined the contents were not a threat and kept it for evidence.

Police said the envelope appears to be from a person seeking help and they are still investigating.
