1. Sounds like a scam.

why? because they cant even' spell their corporations name correctly in the First line and second paragraph, Is it Flour or is it Fluor? 2nd, corporations don't usually have yahoo email addresses. And 3rd, poor English grammar such as "we intends". I wouldn't respond to it.

FYI, there is a big scam going on that has originated out of the UK. A company posing as Fluor Limited Afghan Operations is sending out bogus offer letters to Americans. Ultimately they will ask for personal information and a $880 wire for "secret clearance" processing in the UK. Don't fall prey to their scheme if you are contacted.
