Security contracts may enrich enemy

Afghan agents suspected of funneling U.S. funds to insurgents, warlords

Criminal investigators are examining allegations that Afghan security firms have been extorting as much as $4 million a week in U.S. tax dollars from contractors and then funneling the spoils to warlords and the Taliban.

If the allegations are true, the United States would be unintentionally financing the enemy and undermining international efforts to stabilize the country.

2. Laws are only for the "little people".
They are only advisory when applied to the government, which can always do as it likes.

3. Will it apply to domestic terror groups?
I wonder if it the free speech ruling will apply to domestic terrorist organizations like the KKK or events that inspire hatred and possibly violence, such as the burn the Quran event promoted by that "Islam is of the devil" evangelical, or whether these homegrown extremists will be given a pass.
