LONDON - Eighteen percent of Britons do not want a Jewish prime minister, while 15 percent believe the scale of the Holocaust has been exaggerated, according to a poll published Friday.
The ICM survey for the Jewish Chronicle, a weekly newspaper, comes as Jewish groups warn of rising anti-Semitism in Europe. The European Union is convening a conference on the issue.
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A41682-2004Jan23.htmlWhy is anyone surprised that Tony Blair bought shrub's story of WMD when 15% of the British people believe the Holocaust has been exaggerated? Is it too much to ask this group to join the 21st century? Anti-Semitism on the drop? Maybe if last year 20% of the British people thought the Holocaust was over exaggerated then you can say it is dropping.
