The debate on opposition led no-confidence motion began in the Lok Sabha here on Monday with its mover the Congress president Sonia Gandhi charging the government with jeopardizing the country's security, weakening national security, wrecking social harmony, subverting secular character, destroying probity in administration, increasing unemployment and denigrating institutions of parliamentary democracy.
