What ones should we have made to capture him?
I am looking for examples like the Afghan warlord outsource deal and others. I am battling this rightie... so I need you guys help to add to my knowledge on the subject.

He had a serious illness requiring dialysis.
The whole thing was a scam. BushCo did 9-11 so he could get his wars on and his fascist agenda going.
