Creditors angered but undeterred by Argentina bill
NEW YORK, Feb 3 (Reuters) - Creditors fighting Argentina's debt restructuring offer through courts and bondholder groups said on Thursday they were angered but undeterred by Argentine plans to make the substantial bond 'haircut' final by law.

Argentina's government said on Wednesday it had asked Congress to pass a law that would prohibit any future negotiations with creditors who do not sign up for its mammoth $102.6 billion debt swap ending Feb. 25.

Argentina's Senate approved the bill on Thursday. It still needs approval in the lower house of Congress.

Bondholders suing Argentina in a federal court in New York said the bill reiterated an already clear stance and did not prevent investors suing for their cash.
